Which water meth injection kit
Hi there
I've done some initial reading but can't seem to see overall what others are ultimately using as their preference water injection kit for their 335d. I love the idea for both the engine cleaning and performance but don't fully follow what system is best for this car. A bit of e would be happy to use a momentary push button to press when I know I'm accelerating hard but lots of kits have a controller for activation already. All pointers would be well appreciated. |

You can get a simple kit that sprays at a designed PSI level. Very simple.
Snow performance, devils own, coolingmist, aem to name a few. Think of a methanol kit as a Tank, Pump, Lines and nozzle. They are very universal in nature. |

Lots of people feel that the Aquamist HFS-4 is the best kit out there.

Using a Microsquirt or even Andruino, one could build a fantastic w/m controller, but that's obviously not for the technologically faint of heart. |

Excellent thanks for the pointers so far, I should probably get a boost gauge if I want to personally pick and choose the psi levels for it to kick in. I'll take another good look at the AquaMist offerings and have a ponder.

The two mentioned above are great plug and play kits. However we are just talking 1/4 inch tubing, fittings, pump, container, and most importantly controller.
So far I'm thoroughly impressed with the torqbyte controller. Now with BM1 Bluetooth adapter you can monitor boost, rpm, and pump duty over your iPhone or Android. |
