Multiple Error Messages

Hi,

I recently purchased an 06' 330i and have been trying to code in the newer gong sound that 08'+ models have. I purchased a new head unit and have been trying to recode the KOMBI module, but I keep getting multiple errors. I have the SP-Daten 50.2 and BMW Standard Tools 2.12.

I have tried to search the forums, but have not found a clear explanation to fix the problem.

Thanks!

Is it new or used?

To code used KOMBI to other car, first you need to virginize it i.e. Delete vin code and mileage

To do that you need programmer and skills

Several people are offering this service, im one of them

No, but I'm using the mobile app. I'll try and sign in online to view.

This:
Error in EDIABAS or in SG description file SYS-0005: SG description file not found KOMB87

It looks like you're missing the SGBD files in the C:\EDIABAS\ECU folder. KOMB87.PRG could not be found.

Is there a place to download those files? Or would I have to do a fresh install of BMW Standard Tools?

It worked!!! Thanks so much!!! Now the only problem is that the gong sound is obnoxiously loud and won't turn down in the settings. Off to search the web for a solution!
