Grille/Bumper to Hood Gap Measurements

Does anyone have the proper measurements for the grille/bumper to hood gaps?

My 2012 E92 335ix was recently in an accident (not my fault) and the bumper/hood was replaced. I told the body shop owner I think the gap is too wide and he asked if I can get him the exact measurements and he will make it match. There are no E92s on the local BMW lot and I really do not want to take out the calipers and measure the gap on a stranger's car in a parking lot!

Thank you.

See attached. I picked a mid-2012 E92. Note all measurements are given in millimeters. Hope this helps!

This is great - thank you! Where did you find this information, if you can tell me.

ISTA/D aka Rheingold. Poke around the Coding forum and you'll find all kinda of good information on it. It's a treasure trove of info and diagnostic tools.
