NCS faulty vin

I keep getting data transmission is disturbed. I have tried multiple cables, multiple datens, multiple variations of Ipna with no luck. It's like the car won't communicate. I've check com ports, latency, and nothing is changing. I tried 2 different computers both from fresh installs. I honestly don't know what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Car is a 2007 335i e92.

I had this a while back. Not sure what happened, had to wipe and reinstall everything again.

Jump OBD pins #7 & 8 on your cable, if you haven't already
