Remember double points, imagine if that was still in play. Rosberg would be sh*tting himself.

This should be a good race. Hope to see Nico finally finish a title run.

Remember Michael and Damon? I guarantee you Hamilton does. He'll want to get as far away from Nico as possible.

Of course Michael and Damon weren't teammates. Wouldn't that be messy.

Although Michael wasn't punished in 1994 with Damon, he was in 1997 when he did the same against a passing Villeneuve -- disqualified from the World Championship for that year. I thought that was karma for his stunt with Damon.

But everyone always claimed Schumacher learned from Senna and Prost (and they *were* teammates when they crashed in the finale of 1989).

I was thinking about Senna and Prost as well. More reason for HAM to get clear if possible. We've seen these two battle to disaster before. But *everything* is riding on the race tomorrow. If Nico has any sense, he gives HAM the first corner and glues himself to HAM's gearbox for the the entire race. I just pray that the team doesn't do anything stupid to mess things up for either driver.

Congratulations to Rosberg for winning the world championship!

Great drives by Vettel and Verstappen!

Disappointing to see Hamilton slowing down the race and ignoring team orders. Not the way he should be ending the season.

At least Ham tried to make it interesting. The race was still boring as sh*t. I see nothing wrong with what he did. Rosberg doesn't like it, try to make the pass. Or he could have qualified better and not put himself in that position. But we all know he is the slower driver, so that wasn't happening. Therefore he gets to sit his ass in second place.

Hopefully we have some closer competition next year and the cars are more difficult to drive. The more talented drivers can shine. Not good when you have someone like Magnussen saying the current cars are like Forumla Ford but easier.

Are you crazy? He had the race in hand from the start, and the only way he could potentially win the DWC was to get Vet and Ves or Ric in a position to challenge Rosberg.

He, like all of the guys in F1 (and every other series I'd wager) are super competitive people; he did exactly what any true 'racer' would have done. Some in a far more 'destructive' manner than Hamilton did btw.

The "team" had nothing to gain and should not have ordered HAM to speed up. ROS never once threatened or even attempted to pass HAM. Had he at least even tried to push the pace then maybe the team could step in.

ROS is Jenson Button 2.0.

Winning the WDC simply because your teammate had a less reliable car is underwhelming.

Yes and one that didn't seem to have trouble making starts either.

A little insulting to JB. lol

Rosberg's wheel to wheel moves and overtakes have been nothing short of messy/clumsy (vs. Hamilton, Verstappen, etc. etc.).

At least JB had to fight to clinch his WDC with a car that had become inferior towards the end of '09. Rosberg maintained having the fastest car in the field. The only thing Rosberg did today was an awkward looking overtake on Verstappen and rode P2 for 40+ laps. Oh let's not forget those radio messages.

Hah, fun race! Not a big Hamilton fan, but the way he trolled the race was incredibly entertaining. He also came off perfectly after the race, very respectful, thankful of the team, and congratulatory to Rosberg. Nice guy.

I don't get the JB 2.0 comment. Reliability is a part of racing and the same bad luck Hamilton had this year, Rosberg had last year. There's no doubt in my mind Hamilton is ultimately the better driver of the two, but Rosberg won this year fair and square.

Don't forget from where Max came after the not friendly kiss from Nico Hulkenberg => Max came back from P16 !
Actually Max was the man of the race again..
Last laps his tires were shot and so VET smelled his chance for the podium .

Just saw a Dutch interview from Max and he said he's actually very happy with his result from today .
About Hulkenberg he said...That's the race
