My f32 m sport blue calliper brake is squealing like hell during low speed braking

Took it yesterday to dealer, they said nothing wrong, suggested a 180 dollar brake service. Wtf! If nothing wrong why service? (Brake not covered in canada)
Took it to a ind shop today, they suggested machining the rotor. The rotor is not smooth.
Should I do it?

Update 2016/11/20
Lube the front. Not really work.
I do feel uneven and bit rough on the front rotor.
Should i machine it? Can it be re surfaced? I compare it to the x1 next to me. His feels smooth compare to mine

I believe they're correct in saying that this is normal. Don't think anything can really be done. Maybe change out your pads/rotors if you're unhappy with them. Then again, your indy might be right. Up until this year, I had absolutely no brake squealing issues.

I have the M Sport Brake Option, but I'm using OE M3 brake pads on my car so it should be noisier than yours.

You just need to clean and re-apply some Permatex:

RU sure it's the rotors and not the back of the pads? IMO I would have the shops take off the pads, clean the backing them with brake cleaner and use an appropriate anti-squeal compound. I've read that the factory applied material is insufficient.

See attached PDF from ISTAD Rheingold documentation. It illustrates where exactly brake lubricant needs to be applied with the appropriate diagrams.

Probably.

Whether it was done correctly is another matter as well.

Can in change to non m sport brake pad on my m brake? Will this eliminate the noise?

The rear might have a fitment issue.

The real problem is improper installation. I've run M Sport Brake Option pads as well as M3 pads and have zero noise issues. I let the brake lubricant cure/dry for about an hour or two before putting the pads back into the calipers. Are you sure your installer is doing that as well?

I believe that's the source of the problem.

When the lubricant isn't given enough time to dry/cure, brake pressure from the caliper will squeeze and thin out the layer that makes contact between the pad and brake caliper.

Yes if the final machined thickness is not smaller than the minimum thickness specification stamped on the rotor.

Or maybe the stock pad is just squeal like that because "performance" focus. (Come on, my friends's m4 without ceramic brake don't squeal, my435 more performance than m4? No way).

Maybe i should change to a less aggressive pad? Oem or aftermarket? Any suggestions?

Bought a set of rear textar pads for my f32 with blue m brake. Applied prematex disc brake quiet and clean up rotors. No noise afterwards! Hope it doesn't come back
