I did not order the car so couldn't track it all the way from start to end of production. I bought the car from the dealer when the car was still in "transit stage".

I'm cracking up because I've looked at that threat about 100 times but I've only read down as far as contacting the Genius, interpreting your production status number, and how the cars get to the port. I actually have not yet scrolled down far enough to see the ship tracking part, despite bringing up that post every time I need to call the Genius number.

Quick edit: I also tried just punching "Tirranna" into Google. The first site that comes up is a global marine tracker that had the ships location. Super easy. Looks like it just left port.

Week 43's, how long do you think it will take from ship docking until our cars are actually loaded on to truck carriers for delivery to the dealers?

I'm guessing 3 to 4 days. Could be as high as a week, I have heard. But I'm being optimistic.

I was driving on California Highway 5 today, going north towards Redding when I passed a truck transporter with a LLB M2 on it. I was spectulating that it is on its way to WA.

Any idea what caused the delay? I saw it chugging towards the Panama Canal. It's spent all day today just circling around the canal entrance. Thought it was queuing up in line but its obvious now that its just waiting around.

I am no naval expert, but by looking at the map it seems like there are too many ships at the port.

Looks like the Tirranna has started to pass through the Panama Canal today. Her ETA is now 12/03/2016.

Tirranna is now just passing Acapulco but is still officially scheduled to arrive at port on 12/3/2016. I find this hard to believe in that it is only traveling at 18 knots per hour. Unfortunately I would guess it will not land until at least 5 December.

Nope, it'll make it. 1400 nautical miles to go. The ship runs 24x7. 20 knots for 24 hours is nearly 500 nautical miles per day.

No, tomorrow. It's the only ship scheduled to dock at the port tomorrow so hopefully it can get in there quickly and offload.
