Inner Headlight do What........

The inner part of out headlights don't seem to do anything. Anyone else notice this? Nothing in reverse or when you turn the wheel.

High beam and low beam use the same bulb on the outside of the light with the flap that opens and closes.

I thought those inner lights function only when flashing high beams. Since the normal lows/highs are xenon, you would need these other bulbs for when you briefly flash your highs.

Nope I've tried everything and I can't see when they come on. I see the heat sync above it which makes me think something is in there.

I have the anti dazzle coded so maybe that's when it gets used but no way of telling since that only functions while driving.

The heat sinks are the LED units for the rings. Flash to pass uses the high low beam combo lens.
