Would appreciate a PM if anyone has knowledge of a 16 or 17 M2 at MSRP for sale. Preferences LBB, Exec, Carplay.

thanks for the lead. Saw two there and sent a message to them via their website. Checking on whether or not they're presold, and if they're to be sold at MSRP.

If you really want it at MSRP you're gonna have to develop some relationship, hard ball them, saying you got an order in but don't want to wait or something. Talk about their kids or some random in common interest. It takes weeks and maybe they will sell it, but if they don't they will come back to you and potentially go lower over time.

Right off the back, 1st call/email - No one is outright just selling them at MSRP right now. It's just business. If they can create demand and get more then they will get more.

Find someone with a configurable 111 allocation avail, hard to find a configured car at MSRP in your specs. That's how I got my 17 LBB Exec 6MT at sticker (actually a hair below).

If you mean Tucson, thats my car. It has been on their site for quite a while even though it was sold to me long ago.

They have called me several times last week, said there is (another) LBB car unspoken for. Not saying their selling your car.

They are a great dealer to work with and one of few without a wait list (they didn't even start one). Almost 100% sure that all of their current allocations are accounted for, a buddy of mine had an order with them for a LBB car that he cancelled because he got an allocation elsewhere and Tucson was unable to get an allocation for his order yet. That is probably the car they are talking about. Their sales manager showed me all of the cars they have in process and its just one that is already sold and being built this week for a local business guy they have a relationship with.

BMW of Tucson does not have any allocations or cars available at this time. Everything is spoken for.

I don't know about Tuscan(y) though They might have one

and it takes FOREVER to get a straight answer from a dealer on whether or not the car is "pre-sold" or not. They want you email, they want to chat, do everything except not waste my time.

I'm beginning to think order will actually take "less" of my time
