Anyone get it to work? All I get is error message. Cars on my dealers showroom floor do not work either. The Genius forced an update to the car and still doesn't work.

I've been having the same issue. At first, I didn't even have access from the Connected app because my dealer forgot to submit my electronic services agreement ("ESA") to BMW, but now, this is the only issue I'm still having. Do you have access from the Connected phone app?

Did everyone log into the web site, create a profile and activate the car which sends a notification to the car? or are you trying to do everything w/just the app?
