I would guess change all fluids. Check your VCG OFHG maybe your oil pan. Also the waterpump/thermo as they tend to fail around those mileages. Any suspension part u didn't change when putting on coilovers. I'm pretty the other members will chime in on what I missed.

why would you do anything? So long as you have serviced accordingly (oil, filters etc) then what else is there to worry about until something actually comes up?

If anything, just inspect the car over really good and if anything is loose broken or leaking, replace it. No need to replace something just because of mileage.

each to their own i guess. ive never changed anything unless ive been prompted to, needed to or was part of general service maintenance. ive never had any issues.

Dont really see what the need is to sit down at a certain mileage and say "right what should i do... that doesnt really need doing".

Auto transmission? If so, I'd say go ahead and do the transmission, transfer case and differential fluids. If manual, you should probably still do the transfer case and differential.
