Cic upgrade to support combox

Hello everyone and good morning,

I currently have a retrofitted CIC in my car and looking to retrofit combox.
However, my cic(cic.08) needs to be updated before I can do the combox retrofit.

Anyone able to upgrade the firmware to cic.16?

But I did find a guy in TX, I ship him my cic and he was able to update the cic and added FCS for app and Sat radio.
