E92 328i starting problem/service help

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi All,

I have got '07 328i coupe (e92) couple months ago and the car had front end accident on the right side so we replaced following parts with stock items and did some body work:

Right fender, bumper, hood, fan, radiator, condenser, air box, driver's airbag, roof bags, battery cable, headlights...

Now, the problem is it cranks normally but it does not fire it up. We think the problem is electrical. Can anyone give us some tips such as?

1. Does brain need to be re-programmed/ replaced after replacing above parts?
2. Can anyone recommend an experienced/reliable BMW technician/service in SoCal area who can diagnose the problem? BMW service at Riverside wasted my time so far and it was clearly shown they do not know much about these cars.

I appreciate your opinion and have a nice day..

p.s. I have not installed the driver's airbag yet just in case.
