INPA/ K+ DCAN cable done??

I bought this cable and Downloaded INPA, and NCSexpert, and WINKFP to have the program available. I reset the adaptations when I installed my new Air intake....

There than that, I have not used it. Today I went to reset the adaptations and upgrade the Alpina Trans plash but had some issues:

IN INPA when I got to reset Lamda values, an error popped up....there was no getting by it. The cable was lit red when I plugged it into the OBDII port but ended up turning off.

When I used the WINKFP to try to reset the Alpina flash, no info came up once I selected comfort move then Update ZUSB. No ECU options would come up..nothing.

Is my cable smoked? I bought it on Amazon and it worked when I first purchased it.

Can someone reccoemend known, decent cable if this is the issue? Thanks.

No. I downloaded all files back in Jan.: INPA, WInKFP, NCSexpert. I have only used INPA and it worked back when I first installed it...

Is e89 a new fix or patch need for INPA?

The daten is a 4.5GB file folder that contains all the files necessary for BMW Standard Tools 2.12 to operate. Without it none of those programs will work.

Much thanks to Cryptomit for the help in reconfiguring my software!

Was able to reset adaptations via INPA and ECU via Cobb...it's like night and day. Thanks to everyone for chiming in!
