Join the line buddy. Better hop on some local dealers list now before they are all 100 people long.

The going price for one is probably 15k

I've already got offers for my allocation that may or may not arrive for high 4 figures

Jesus! That kind of money honestly has me thinking about offering my LBB 6MT, Exec that should be here in a few weeks...

That just seems insane. Who makes these offers? Are you soliciting them? I have a production number in hand and no one has offered me a dime.

CA is probably not the best place to try and buy a M2 right now. I have a 17 LBB, Exec, Apple Car Play, 6MT about to board a boat to TX. I'd take high 4 figures for it right now, brand new with delivery miles.

SoCal probably isn't the best place to be looking right now unless you're willing to pay above MSRP and if you're not picky about options.

I've seen several used with less than 1,500 miles on Cars.com. Unfortunately, buying used, you give up the free scheduled maintenance, which frankly is over-rated when comparing the dealer markup premium and long wait list for new given the prices of used. I actually saw one listed for less than MSRP, but it must be a purchase versus lease.

I guess I am lucky to have been able to order one (LBB, manual) and pay MSRP at BMW of San Diego.

I think they are one of the rare ones in SoCal that are doing MSRP.

FYI: we sold it before it even hit the website.

Also, without getting into confidential details - we bought it from BMW for over sticker through a dealer auction, so for all of those that are outraged at dealers for marking them up - BMW didn't have a problem to sell a used one for over new MSRP.

Why would BMW FS be selling a lightly used M2? Doesn't make sense.

If you had listened to me, you'd have been selling your HEA car to Powerbeast for 4 figures *right now *....

What was it you said again? M2s will be selling for 10k under MSRP in a under a year ?
