If you call the automated 800 number has that been updated with your status?

I call them with my production number and they tell me exactly the status. My bmw website takes a couple of days to update

I actually called BMW Genius yesterday and they said there was no ship assigned yet. I'll give it another shot today since my port is GA and has been sitting at port for a week.
