Rattling Noise please help!

I have attached a vid of the noise. It seems like it either came from the exhaust or transmission. The noise appeared when in D with brake pressed. When switched to N or P the noise disappeared.

Does the vehicle drive?
I heard this exact same noise last week on a X1 that had the rear diff exploded.
Basically put the E-brake on and placed the vehicle into drive and watched the rear driveshaft and pinion spin while the axles just bounced around lol.

I would be looking into the rear diff
Even just have some one get in and put the vehicle into drive and try to get under the car and look at the rear pinion and drive-shaft... if they are spinning... you got some problems.
