JB+ and cobb access port V2

Quick question guys,

I have a 09 E93 335i with the JB+ Plus installed. and i recently purchased the cobb access port v2 off a vendor. Is it possible for me to flash my ECU while the JB+ is installed? will it throw any codes?

Any help will be appreciated, Thanks!

vendor? v2? but anyway.... yes you can flash it but i recommend removing jb+ after flashing
