I guess standard exhaust will win.

MPE: Since I heard the M2 with the MPE, I would not be able to have the stock one anymore

To be honest the standard exhaust sounds great (in sport and sport+ modes) with lots of pops en burbles.

The MPE sound is fabulous in "track mode" but is not great in "sport mode", I guess I'll have to be wild and use the "track mode" on the roads...

But I don't know if there is a way to switch back to "sport mode" on the go without having to stop the engine... Sometimes it might be urgent to switch it to "sport mode" on the go, when near a police patrol car for example...

Have you heard the MPE IRL? The stock exhaust sound is nowhere near the MPE sound.

Also, you can switch anytime from Sport to Track using the valve control

I've only heard the MPE on Youtube and the Sport mode does not sound great (no pops and burbles) as the stock exhaust do in sport and sport+ modes. But the Track mode seems to be perfect...

Can we switch from Track to Sport anytime too using the valve control ? That would be usefull if, per example, I get pull over by a cop... I intend to drive the car in track mode most of the time...

Yes you can turn the MPE from Sport to Track anytime. Also, you can also toggle between Comfort/Sport/Sport+, which gives you the burbles with the MPE in Sport

IMHO, way too much money (especially the MY16's) for just aural benefit.

I used the money for a winter set of rims and tires instead.

My M2 will only be summer driven. Ferrari driver buy Tubi system for aural pleasure also and the system cost more than 10k$, excluding installation costs.

P.S.: How much is the set of winter tires for the M2? It must be close to 5000$ also?!?

Haha fair enough. I'm just not a huge fan of super loud exhausts so was an easy decision for me.

As for the rim and tires, the M2 proper set isn't available yet, but somewhere around $4,000 once it's all said and done.

I have yet to hear the stock exhaust, but the feedback so far is excellent. as for the M2 winter wheels, they must be very similar to the M4 wheels I guess. It all depends which tires you will mount on them.

Ya my parts guy told me they will be the same set they offer for the M3/4 - 18" 640M's. As for tires, I'm undecided on what to get for now.
