yes it's a Brodit holder, and the M sport sticker in the wheel accidentally is exactly the same size as the brodit sticker.

Also the charging holder is connected to the NBT head unit.

never like spoiling the dash with one of these things, but each to their own. I just leave it in my pocket or in the armrest.

Mainly for the cyclops speed camera app, but also handy for dealing with work emails & maybe a bit of F30post when stuck in traffic. Also for tomtom or google maps when the BMW nav can't find a destination or if I need reliable traffic info.

I use it to listen to internet radio through the car's hifi, bmw apps which need to connect to the car(e.g. M Lap timer), also google map etc. essentially it gives the car internet connection, as well as charging the phone at the same time
