Experience with aftermarket exhaust in Utah

I was wondering if anyone here knows if they count the number of cats on a car in Utah. I want to install the AA mid pipe, but I don't want to deal with having to uninstall/reinstall the mid pipe every time I need an emissions test. I don't see an issue since the car is still catted, but the laws here tend to be silly.
