Connected Drive help
I hope someone can help we with a problem I have with my connected drive. I renewed my subscription on Thursday and decided to test the remote services by sending the unlock command. The command was received and the car unlocked. The problem I have is that the online Remote Cockpit is still saying "Sending Unlock".
I contacted BMW and I gentleman told me to update the services in the car. I did what he told me and the problem is still there??? Rang back and was told to go to my local dealer and speak to a connected drive expert!!! All other functions are not available now. Anyone got any ideas??? Thank you for any help! |

As other poster said, issues I had with the app were resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the app itself. My issue was it couldn't connect to the car at all.

Thanks for the suggestions...
Tried them and still having problems.. Cannot re-add car.... Been back onto BMW who are going to have to "manually" add it but will have to wait until Monday for them to do this..... |

Maybe... Will see what happens on Monday. BMW said even though my car is too old to receive the code, the Connected Drive system still tries to send it. I have to wait for the code sent to the car to expire before I can do anything else.
