Yes - let a dealership or qualified Indy shop do this for you if you insist on doing it. Some dealers won't do it because they say it's a "lifetime fill". Just make sure you get the proper coolant (adheres to BMW specifications) to replenish the system with - the wrong stuff could cause problems.

The nearest dealer is 175 miles from home, and the reason to do this is that in 3 years the coolant is turning light brown, so I'll get it flushed.

I don't have a specific DIY, but the procedure is pretty standard for all BMWs that I've owned.
Just find a procedure that you are comfortable with and adapt it to your car, if needed. For my M Sport, I unclamped the hoses to the additional coolers to drain any remaining coolant after draining the radiator.
And as stated above, use the BMW coolant and distilled water, which you can purchase online. A bottle of Redline's Water Wetter is a good addition, as well.
Regards,
Joel

Do you know if the bleeding procedure is the same for the F30 that we used to perform in oir E90s?

I don't know specifically. But can't imagine that it's any different.
