Extended Studs?

I want to add studs to my set up but don't want them to extend too much. My wheels are 19x8.5 et30 235/35/19 fronts 19x10 et30 275/30/19 rears. Should I go with 75mm wheel studs? What type of extended nuts? Any help appreciated. I know I can find ideas somewhere in here but I need specifics. Thx

you want the 75mm, with this it can accept a 12mm spacer if needed in the future. just find some cool looking open end nuts to hold hands with it.
