Wiper/washer issue
Hi,
I've been reading the forum for issues people have been having with the wiper/washers however I've not found anyone with the same issue as me. When i pull the wiper stalk for the front wipers to spray screen wash, nothing happens. The wipers don't move and the screen wash pump doesn't run. If i push for the rear (its an E91 Touring) the rear wiper moves but again no screen wash or motor noise. Is the front wipers "cleaver" and if the screen wash pump doesn't respond the wipers don't wipe? which would lean me towards just a pump issue or if the wipers should work even with a dead pump this would point me to a switch issue. Can anyone advise me? Thanks. |
