What turbos to buy for my car

I have a 2008 335i coupe 6mt and my turbos have started to make the horrid Wastegate rattle and was wondering what turbos to get if not oem I've heard bad things about Vargas upgraded and they're oil leak in problems but let me know what experiences anybody has had

Single turbo will be most reliable. Go that route.

Let's break this down then.
What are you looking to spend?
Do you have a warranty?
What do you want from the setup?
What are your power goals?

I have an aftermarket warranty from the dealer I bought the car from they only cover lubricated parts of the turbo and housing. I want power but I want to be able to pass echeck and be reliable. I have no clue what I'm looking to spend either way I would have to take a loan out to pay for anything

First, what's your budget. Second, what's your power goal? Third, what's your mods? Planned mods?
The big 4 you should look at. RB, VTT, Hexon, Pure. To many variables here.

Oem replacement or stage. Oem from vtt with upgraded wastegates, $999. Stage 1 vtt is $1499 and you can get deep into the 400s hp.

Oem are crappy reliable. An aftermarket oem or stage one will be much more reliable as they aren't pushing the housing and have real wastegates.

There's no issue with driving car with wastegate rattle. It doesn't hurt anything. You can replace just the actuator with longer rod for way cheaper without removing turbos. This is covered up to 8/80
