Anybody have any idea if the B58 makes it into the '17 MY? '18?

Not for MY17.

Everything past that is speculation, but if I had to guess, probably new engine with LCI if it does happen.

I'd be very surprised if they moved to the B58 for just the LCI. More likely going to keep the N55 until the full refresh.
