Loud pumping noise under bonnet when driving...

Sounds like a washing machine preparing for a spin cycle... or like an a/c system that is being over worked... Only happens when driving.. and can be felt in the car / heard... No fault codes... Oil pump again? Well over 100k miles now. Would be a shame if it was the oil pump again. Only replaced at 77k miles.
