Got My M2 at MSRP Las Vegas BMW

I just wanted to toss out there my positive experience with Las Vegas BMW. It seems that all we see now are negative threads about dealers marking up prices (ugh hmm... Tucson BMW). I had a great experience with Las Vegas BMW. Very pleasant to work with. One of the easier car buying experiences I've had.

Congrats man! Good to hear you did not pay over MSRP.

I would not do any business with any dealers that are marking up these M2's. This is not only for my future M2 purchase, but for any BMW purchase.

Congrats on getting your M2. It seems many dealers look at the short term gain over the long term relationships. Just like the short term thinking of many publicly traded companies the dealers are looking to hit numbers over building long term business. The transient nature of the managers and sales people makes that even worse in this business. In the county where I work there is still a Chevy dealership that is owned and operated by a family and their staff spend their entire career there. It is a totally different experience than most dealers.

Congrats on your M2! I'd love to check it out sometime.

I live in Tucson and I'm looking into getting an M2. Where else did you look besides Vegas? I don't want to pay the extra $10K that BMW Tucson is charging

So I called around to a bunch of dealers back in Jan. I really had wanted to go ED but figured that wasn't going to happen so I went with a HEA car. I just called around to a bunch of dealers around the West. I had offers for HEA cars from Boise, Wichita Falls, and Vegas. I went with Vegas due to proximity. I think check the boards here and calling around is the key if you want to get one. I think demand was slightly less in the early winter as all the glowing reviews hadn't come out yet and a lot of people weren't thinking of rear wheel sports cars in the winter. (Boise). I probably called 30 dealerships trying to line something up.

I would also try BMW of North Scottsdale. They were awesome too. Ty was the service advisor I worked with. They had a wait list too but were willing to do MSRP. Actually stated that was a corporate policy.
