Sway bars for ///M
Anyone try the sway bars from Ground control? They say they have Z4 and E46 fitment. Im pretty sure they would fit but not 100%. I think i remember seeing plantirion have a set of these but i dont think anyone has else has done it. Im thinking of ordering these but need some feedback.

I believe Palantirion used the GC sways for the E46 M3 (and had to have them slightly modified by BMS to fit his Z4M). Various other options exist for the non-M Z4, but the M and non-M bars are NOT interchangeable (particularly in the rear - the fronts might be adaptable).

From M to non M, fronts are interchangeable, rears are not.
Rear diff is different in the cars thus accounting for the difference in rear sways.

So that takes care of the rears but what option would exist for the rears?

And yes, the bars on my car are GC E46 M3 bars. The rear fits with no modification. The front's end links have to be modified and a small piece of an undertray needs to be trimmed for clearance. |
