Anyway to fix this leather?

My 130k mile car is starting to show some wear on the driver side. It could use a new driver door panel and seat tbh but since those are out of the question, does anyone know of anything to help with these issue? Looks like the stitching is starting to get loose, and some of the leather is wearing off.

Just contacted a local upholstery shop. They want 750 starting out to repair all the panels on the seat... I would rather pay 1k+ for a mint black interior set.

Luckily I have a few places around and have emailed all of them..

Worse case scenario, I buy a repair kit from Leatherique and do it myself?

I have tried and can't come across anything.

I have found a supplier of OEM BMW leather. They sell it at $5.50 per sq ft. They only sell full and half hydes so the minimum is 15 sq ft which 82$ is not bad. If I purchase this then I could find a local upholstery shop to take my seat apart, remove the damaged panels, make new pattern and sew it back on. I think that would be a lot cheaper and better than any other option.

First one is wrong color. Second one has some damage already starting. Good find though.
