Black Grilles

Hi all - I've decided to get some black grills for my F31. There seem to be a large number of listings on eBay with prices varying from just over £20 to pushing £100 for the OEM grilles. For those who've bought a set, can you point me to something decent?

Oh - and should I go gloss or matte? Decisions, decisions...

Thanks!

That's really cheap, I was quoted £54 a side from my local dealer!

Thanks - I'll do that. OEM would be the better bet so long as the price isn't stupid.

Are these really easy to fit? I've seen one video showing trim and then 7 screws, but the bit about bending the front bit then blindly fiddling with the grille fittings worries me! Guess I'm not that practical...

It's not as hard as it looks on the videos

BMW Stratstone or Doncaster. I got my grilles from Stratstone, but some other stuff from Doncaster. Both on eBay both really quick delivery.

Car arrived 2.30pm on the Friday afternoon. New grilles fitted by 3.00pm. Very easy to fit. Just follow the YouTube instructions and you'll be sorted.

When I fitted mine I didn't loosen the anything or take any screws out. I put my fingers through the gaps between the slats to unclip the first grille and once the first one was out the second one was a lot easier as you can put you hand behind the it to get to the clips
