Got an AFE on my bimmer but had Fujita on my old G35 and have the Fujita dual set up on my wife's G37. Free bump for great bang (sound) for the buck!

Not hard at all. The stock setup comes out very easy. The only hard part is to toighten the t clamp around the throttle body. Or maybe it was hard for me because I was using plyers instead of the proper tools. But its very easy.
