Can anyone in Essex help me fit/code a combox?

Hey folks!

I currently have the following;

E90 320D (2008) which HAD a CCC, but now has a CIC unit in.

I already had the USB/AUX under armrest (6FL I believe) and now have the USB port in glovebox for the CIC, the car also has Bluetooth as standard.

Anyhow, I wanted the iPod artwork & bluetooth streaming, so I have purchased a combox telematics module, part number 9257151 (hope that is the right one!) it was taken from an F30 but the part number seems to match up with the E90 versions?

I have attached pictures of what I currently have under the boot liner.

Is there anyone in or around the Essex area that could help fit this and then code the car so it recognises it? Do I need any extra cables / security codes? As the combox did not come with any security code as such, of course will put some £ your way!

Many thanks in advance!

That part number combox is not compatible. You need one from an E series bmw.

Ah I see, I have returned it so that's ok,

Would a MULF2 Hi do the same thing as the Combox if I got one of those instead?

Get an NBT and forget the trunk combox. CIC is now very out of date. NBT has everything built in.

But how much is a NBT retrofit compared to a combox retrofit?
