Anyone Hear of New US Allocations This Week?

We have heard new allocations should be released sometime this week by BMW NA. Anyone hear from their CA?

I was hoping to see a lot of threads on the forum this morning regarding allocations being announced but I guess no allocations yet. No news from my CA either. I kinda feel like BMW is going to wait till the launch date.

I'm in the same boat and getting very tired of my car sitting outside when I have a storage unit waiting for it.

I believe its still too early. Hopefully by the 11th we should know something.

My dealer just emailed me my production number today, it is not a HEA car. Start production 2nd week in May...

Just got this from my dealer on the East Coast:

My CA said no allocations yesterday, he has been thinking April 5th for over a month now. He said no one in the US received one. I am following up today to check if we got one today... I am first on the list.

It's way up in Westbrook, Maine. Definitely not a high-volume M dealer. That being said, I sent a text to the sales manager of the "largest M dealer in the northeast" asking if they got any allocations and I haven't heard back from him. We'll see what he has to say

My east coast dealer says he expects to have info for me by the end of the week. Said that a few weeks ago about this same week but I'm more confident now seeing some allocations already coming out today.

Not every dealer will get an allocation each month. It will likely be until July sometime before each and every dealer has received an allocation.

I got my dealers first and only 1M allocation in July and it was rolled out at the same time if not earlier than the M2

I'd be surprised if they didn't get one. One of the largest volume M dealers on the east coast.

Then I bet you it's a 50/50 chance for them..
Could be this month , or next month.
In other words , I won't be surprised either way

Keep in mind .... Entire *sections* of this country will be upset they didn't get an allocation by next Monday. ...

I can't recall what parts of the country got the 1M first. I believe that it was parts of Cali, Florida, and Texas. But large areas like ATL, upper NE And NW didn't get them the early on.

You are saying " my dealer size/volume matters. ".

I am saying " your dealer location matters ", perhaps more !

I got my dealers only 1M in October. September build. It sucked watching everyone get theirs for 7 months...waiting.

Yup, he called me back yesterday. Said multiple dealerships received allocations, but only a handful in the midwest. They did not. So I am stuck waiting.

The DC area allocations came out yesterday, 4/7. If what I heard from my CA is true, only a couple/few allocations were released to dealers in the area, leaving a lot of people waiting.

Sounds like it's hit/miss in the Midwest right now on allocations ... And from the threads here, some Bay Area and NYC Metro dealers got May build allocations the past few days.
