Which suspension kit?
i remember a fair few blokes buying suspension from germany while the euro was weak last summer. mostly the Bilstein P12 if i recall.
how are you all settling with them? its time I swapped mine out, im considering the P12 but willing to listed to reviews on other kits if anyone went that way. I've had AP kits on S4 before today and was super happy with those. car is an E91 330d which im looking to swap the M Sport suspension on because its probably quite tired. I'm looking to lower it a little, but not excessively. I'm not desperate to make it a lot harder ride. 20-30% harder would be more than enough. anyone got recommendations? is the Bilstein kit still the go to kit? |

From all the research I've found the b12 pro offers the best comprise on price, comfort and dynamics. I purchased a kit for £520 from tuningtelietotal.de. Seems the cheapest around at the moment. The M Performance kit was also appealing as it includes the front swing bar but reviews state that it's harder than the B12. The M performance is available at leebmanns24.

I fitted the B12 kit to my E91 last summer, completely transformed the handling. It actually shows what the chassis is capable of that my 2.0 diesel engine cannot provide. It's also comfortable and I've had no complaints from the wife who has a bad back!
It's very sure footed and the front end goes where you point it. Best upgrade I ever did

330i, when you say swing bar do you mean the anti roll bar? I have looked into the eibach ones which seem quite stiff but they're also costly and I couldn't justify the cost at the moment.
