CARLY wifi adapter for rent
Hi all,
I don't suppose anyone has an iPhone CARLY adapter that i can borrow please? Carly don't know when they will be getting them back in, and nor do Amazon. I have a car with a dead battery at the moment. Will post back to you as soon as i'm done. Thanks Andy |

Thanks - have you got one of these? Don't want to be a guinea pig for something that could end up bricking my firmware!!

Yeah I got one off eBay couple of weeks ago & coded angel eyes as daytime running lights...digital speedo & comfort access lowers driver window with remote...pretty cool & easy to do!! It backups present firmware before writing with new one.

In other news, after harassing Amazon yesterday, it seems that my Carly dongle has magically turned up and is out for delivery today. |

Can anyone confirm the eBay wifi ones can do auto folding mirrors
Pretty much the only reason I want to get one. Unless there's someone near Southampton who had the app and that? Thanks |

The ELM does the job. The only gripe is getting the settings right - the IP address they suggest is hit and miss. So it can be a mare to set up but works sweet once it is. You could use it with Carly app or similar apps. The Carly is nothing special bar having settings that are plug and play - no faffing around setting up an IP address as it can be used straight away.

Carly turned up but never got the chance to use it.
Battery has been changed but the car is completely dead. No remote unlock, no interior lights, car won't accept the key. Got a feeling this isn't going to be good... |

SHE LIVES!!! Turns out if forgotten to wire up the big red cable that goes to the battery fuse. Thank Christ!!
Ok so now I need to register my battery. Carly has a few option to choose... 70a or 80a. My battery says it's 77a. Which one do I pick!? |
