help, windows dirty

so i got my e92 2007 328xi november 2015, january i ran out of windshield fluid so i put the regular one my stepdad uses on his van, when trying it i saw that all the windows was like getting dirty instead of clean, i stop using it and after 1 day when i came back to the car that thing was there still, i've tried with almost every product, even scrappin with a blade, nothing helps, around 2 weeks ago i took it to the mechanic, when he was trying to fill the windshield fluid tank, we just notice that i had a leak, so he stopped putting, and yesterday took it to an ''windows tint'' place and the guy told me that is not gonna come out... the thing is that if it was just the windshield i would go to an junkyard and get another one, but the d*** thing is all over the place, in all the windows and even the moonroof.

have this happened to someone else?
is there any way to remove that?

sorry if my english is not the best.

im gonna try to take one tomorrow if i dont forget, but i looks like when the car is dirty and you clean the windshield with wipers, that only the outside part quet affected, and then i has like splashes all around. ill try to upload a pic tomorrow, but what you guys recomend that work the best, i try with a spray glass cleaner and some kind of class cleaner that come in a aluminum can, also tried with alcohol.

Pictures would be very helpful here.... a lot of damage can come from using chemicals, or even just tap water, and letting it dry on your vehicle. If this was proper windshield washing fluid, I don't understand what might have made such a mess, however if you say it is on the windshield and moon roof, I would have to assume some is also on the paint?... I guess we will see what it looks like after you post pics.
