E92 Wheel swap

My son has a BMW E92 with the dreaded 225 alloys the ones that crack all the time, I was thinking of buying him some f32 442 style alloys , I am sure I read they fit same off set etc , despite the tyres being slightly bigger as 225/35/19 compared to 225/40/19 thx

Fronts are ET36 on the 442's and ET47 on the rears. 1mm difference on the front and 8mm on the back, so will be fine

With the different tyre profiles as standard on the 442's (fronts 225/40 & rears 255/35) the rear diameter will increase by 25mm and the fronts by 23mm... don't think this is enough to cause rubbing, although depends on the suspension setup.

10mm spacer on the rear should get them looking good
