Coding possibility?

Hello everyone, I do not know anything about coding. There is one thing that drives me absolutely insane and am wondering if it is possible to fix through coding... ( I do not have tech package)

I listen to music over bluetooth, I cannot use the wheel thingy on the steering wheel to skip songs I either have to use the wheel on the center console or the seek button on the actual head unit.

Is there anyway to make the wheel function just like the seek buttons on the head unit?

Yes, coding enhanced bluetooth will allow you to navigate the songs list through bluetooth. I coded it and it worked with Android's native music player but not spotify.

Darn! I only use Spotify lol
Is it possible to not scroll through playlist but rather; scroll up = next track, scrolls down = previous?

As far as I know, no. It just says "Not possible" on the dash if I try to use the scroll wheel. I also hate having to use the iDrive knob to skip songs :

As far as I know, on cars with BKOMBI (KOMBI_LOW, without option 6WA "Extended Display Instrument Cluster"), you cannot change tracks on multimedia mode through the steering wheel.
You can change radios though...
I have only tried iPhones with Spotify player through both USB and Bluetooth.
I've tried on a HU_ENTRYNAV factory equipped F30, a HU_ENTRYNAV factory equipped F20 and a HU_NBT retrofitted F20.

However, it works on KOMBI_MID and HU_NBT equipped F30s and F10s.
On iPhones, through either USB or Bluetooth, on either Spotify and Tidal players, the KOMBI displays current track title, and a next and previous track symbols.
It might show the other tracks on iPhone's default music player, but I never tested.

I think the issue here is your KOMBI_LOW
