IMO, if that is a daily driven vehicle, leave the scratches alone... they look fairly deep.
You have already drastically improved the clarity and depth in the paint... just look at how much the metal flake pops in your "after" picture compared to the dull and lifeless appearance it had in the "before" picture. Surely it will look incredible in the sunlight and those remaining defects will only be apparent to you because you know they are there. I have always been one to recommend preserving clear coat vs. trying to achieve perfect paint on a daily driven vehicle... the chances of more damage being done over time is almost guaranteed, so it is very important to leave as much paint on the car as possible. Youre right Zach, I had that in my head but was in a tug of war with my CDO (ocd with the letters in the correct order). The scratches are not nearly as "white" as before and the deep black catches your attn more. the rest of the car is pretty damm nice. I guess I could re clear the trunk if I cant get past the cdo. ( I used to paint cars in another life )
