If the 4 GC LCI is a MY 2017 summer car then when does it likely hit the roads end of 2017?

I think 4 LCI is expected sometime in 2017 including M4. New engines sometime this year 430/440 but not LCI (weirdly), not that they made huge changes with F30.

From what I can read online this is the sequence.

F32 (4 Series) LCI will be in 2016 for MY 2017
F82 (M4) LCI will be in 2016 for MY 2017
F36 (4 GC) LCI will be 2017 for MY 2018 ???

I appreciate the LCI changes to F30 were very subtle really just LED lights on the M Sport however If i pull the trigger on the 4GC I will be keeping it for a while so just want the latest I can if it meant holding off for 3 or 4 months before ordering I would.

4GC was only released in Summer 2014 so they won't LCI it after less than 3 years.

I know I have asked this question several times.

So would it be accurate to say it would Summer 2017 announcement and likely start hitting the streets late 2017 early 2018 ?

Should be on streets Summer 2017, one year before G20 3 series is revealed.

Suppose its a loosing battle would be as well getting the 4GC just now then if I get an itch when the new 3 Series comes out get that or the new 5 will be out then.

Yep go for it now imo, while you can still get adaptive xenons cheap, & not get ripped off for LED's!

I got delayed from going in to the garage to see the dealer so will be saturday when I am in for a chat but hoping to get figures before then.

He knows the score and that I will have done tons of research to get as good a deal as possible.. he hates dealing with me but loves it at the same time as this will be the 4 BMW in just over 3 years
