For those of you considering buying replacement bulbs for your car beware if you use HID-LIGHTS.COM. You may just end up getting ripped off.

I was looking for some GP Thunder H8's and stumbled on HID-LIGHTS.COM. Thrilled of the prospect I ordered via their website.

I completed my order on Feb 1st and haven't received a damn thing. I've emailed these guys showing proof again and again with no reply.

Their only reponse to me last week was a form letter asking to pay shipping again (already payed) and a paypal request for more money.

I've opened up a complaint at Paypal. Incredible BS one has to go through for 30$.

Stear clear and buy elsewhere.

I also have trouble getting a refund from them for a lousy 20 dollar POS LED lights. He said that it would be P-N-P, but ends up throwing a code in the dash. Then, he told me to buy their "resistor" since it's not P-N-P. Very shady practice. Buyers Beware. Already disputed the charge with AMEX.

I warned everyone when I got my bulbs after like 4 weeks from them but no one listened to me and this is the time when everyone was like "ZOMG A WEBSITE OTHER THAN EBAY HAS THESE BULBS HID-LIGHTS ROCKS MY WORLD!!! ZOMGZOMG!!"

so yeah.. =/

Did you call them and give them Shxx? I did! Call their number and talk to one of those guy! Make sure you call within their business hours due to the time zone difference!

Mine is shipped out with tracking number. Hopefully, they arrive safe and without problems.

I opened a claim with Paypal and it semed to get their attention. Let's see what happens. Let's see if the bulbs ever show. I've spent 4 weeks trying to get this resolved to no avail. Geez ... for $50. What a pain.

I received my stuff yesterday, no problem.

If there are any problems, it is better to give them a call.

Next time, I will buy the bulbs from ************.com.

+1 i ordered mine yesturday and they've sent me the tracking number right away!! Asked them alot of question, very fast replys.

I am still thinking whether I should order from them? Their shipping is cheaper and fixed even if you order more than a pair.

However, it is headache to chase for tracking number!

If u purchase from ************.com, u just pay for the bulbs + $28.99 which is shipping and handling, you DON'T have to add $9.99 to cart for shipping to canada.

How come when I checked with ebay.com and their shipping costs is US$32 charged by ************.com?

Should I order directly from their website to save the shipping cost?

On ebay their handlie is Ipremeirtek and they have two or three different domains. As far as anyone on this board knows, they are the only vendors of the GP Thunder lights. And yes they do suck. As stated in a prior post I had ordered two pairs one from ebay and one from their regular website. Both had 1 bad bulb. I couldn't get a return email or return phone call. I really really hate business people that don't give a sh-- about their customers and especially over an item that probably cost them 2.50 to import over from China.

and on ebay i think u pay an extra $5.00 for shipping everytime u add an item.
$15.99 (Angels lights) + $15.99 (Fogs lights) + $13.99 (cornerning light) + 28.99 (S&H) = $74.96. They (************) told me for Canada u DON'T have to add the $9.99 to cart.....YOU DON'T!!

I ordered a pair GP 6000K D1S from hidlights.com, I tried them on tonight, and both of them are not working!!!

Do you think they will refund my money?

I'm sorry to hear it. It doesn't surprise me though. I hope you can get a refund. Dont hold your breath, Good luck though.

Paypal stepped has stepped in to help settle the claim escalation (can you believe the crap

you have to go through). Lets see if I get what I ordered.
