Lease Takeover: 2014 328i - Only 7300 mi - $400/mo w/ incentive
Low mileage 328i with one year remaining on lease, effective monthly payment of $400 (with cash incentive) Posting here because I am hopeful someone here may be in the market for a very low mileage, very clean, relatively basic 328i. As detailed below, the car has only a year left on the lease, but well south of 10,000 miles. I suspect the car can be purchased at end of lease for more than residual value. Car Information 2014 328i Alphine White Venetian Beige Sensatec 8-speed automatic Enhanced navigation system w/ touchpad Heated seats Lease Information Expiration: January 7, 2017 (12 payments remaining) Mileage: approx. 7,300 Mileage allowed: 30,000 Monthly payment: $547 but I am including cash incentive of $1,764 (based on 12 remaining payments) for monthly payment of only $400. Sticker: $40,675 Residual: $24,405 Car has been garage parked its entire life and had all routine maintenance. Non-smoker and I don't eat in the car (also, no kids!). I am looking to trade it out because I live next door to where I work and have finally accepted that I don't need a car (that's why mileage is so low--it is purely for running errands and weekend adventures). Car is in Atlanta but willing to ship. I realize this is a pretty short takeover but hopefully someone is interested! Happy to send more pictures or answer questions.
