Lowering springs or Perches

Just got a set of 313's after spending ages looking for the right set. They look great but they emphasise the arch gap at the front (2011 320d M-Sport E91) The rear sits fine but the front looks too high.

Having read a bit about lowering perches I'm thinking they might do the trick, has anyone here got any experience of these and are there any UK sellers?

Or, would it be better to just fit a set of H&R 35/20 springs?

Any help/advice appreciated..
