2016 BMW M4 GTS makes North American debut at 2015 LA Auto Show

The 2016 BMW M4 GTS is making its North American debut today at the 2015 LA Auto Show. The 2016 BMW M4 GTS will arrive in US showrooms in Spring 2016 for $134,200 including $995 Destination & Handling. Approximately 300 units are available for the U.S. market.

Some first looks at some details - underside of the CFRP trunk, showing the carbon fiber weave, the different settings for the rear wing spoiler and the water tank in the trunk for the water injection cooling system.

The oled tails kick ass pretty hard. And i like the seats..other than that id have the standard car for half the price.

Confused about the harness bar and no way to feed belts through those seats.

The hood is a reverse blister with PowerDome.

I have not seen a reverse-blistered hood on a BMW since the E53 X5 LeMans which was a working prototype and the genesis of the E53 X5 4.6is.

The details are very nice.

My only real disappointment are the seats but I will probably put a proper race seat in so I can run a proper harness & hans on the track.Other than that I cannot wait

I saw the M4 GTS today even sat in it. I like the interior but I don't like the exterior. The frozen black color had finger prints on it. The front lip, wing, and wheels are not for me.

The Euro version has the "correct seats" trimmed for a harness. Since our stupid DOT doesn't allow them, seats are an afterthought on our version. The euro ones look like the old Vaders with a harness, wish we got that setup.
