I've just picked up a near perfect boot lid to replace my dented one off the bay. Anybody swapped an E90 boot lid? Any tips?

This is not OEM lid replacement but the steps are the same as in this DIY.

Hi

Thanks, I did see that post. I'm really bothered about the key lock. Apparently it's a real pain to remove and refit? That diy doesn't cover it...
