Yawn... how are londons rediculously priced properties new news!?!

This is why I have a nice 17th century cottage in the country, near a station and only an hour from Waterloo! I might have been able to afford to live in an outside
toilet for the money I have spent to live in Hampshire!

Very nice indeed, moved down here from Guildford (also crazy property values but worked in my favour) back in May and not one single regret so far, lovely village, really friendly people and much much more relaxed than a busy town/city!

Best bit - I'm now only 15 minutes from Goodwood

Are you in Liphook too? I'll have to keep an eye out for you!

Yep I'm in Liphook too, came from Guildford as well! Don't miss it at all, people's attitudes there sucked.

There's so much on our doorstep round here, love it (except rush hour traffic)!!

You can't miss me, don't think there's any other eb2 f31s around with the m performance splitter and diffuser

Ha ha small world! Yes, don't think I'd miss you and wouldn't mind a gander at your performance parts at some point - especially if they are non-genuine as I'm getting tempted by the eBay options at the moment!

Sorry to go OT Nick, yes yes London property prices blah blah... I think the general consensus is move to Hampshire

Genuine I'm afraid, but worth every penny, no issues in fitting
