E90 Lci high pitched beeping when locking car ?
Hi all, my car has picked up an annoying noise recently, basically when I lock the car with the fob the car emits a high pitched continual whining hoist for approx 20 seconds ,then stops.
I don't know where exactly the noise comes from but when it is sounding you cannot arm or disarm the alarm until the noise stops , then it locks or unlocks fine,the noise is not every time either , more like once a day with unlocking and locking the car 5-6 times a day, it's a 2009 if it matters, any thoughts appreciated, cheers ,Den .
