Any ideas? Pressure warning?

Hey,

Put some new wheels on this morning and had the tyres swapped over but now the pressure warning has come on the dash which I've tried to reset with no avail, drove about 5 miles and still is on the dash.

Any ideas?

Thanks

No, swapped like for like 19"s. It's on a pre lci 09 e92.
But I've looked at the wheels that have come off and theirs no individual pressure sensors so I believe it must be worked from the abs sensors?

But only the red runflat warning is on and won't go off.

The warning does work off the ABS system - Have you double checked that all the tyre pressures are correct before resetting the system?

Yes, set them all to 34. Just seems strange that the abs hasn't stopped working if it was a sensor that was broke

If you had a abs sensor warning, all sorts of lights would be on the dash.
The system thinks it has a flat tyre because 1 of the wheels is spinning quicker than the others to cover the same ground. I would double check all the tyre/profile sizes.
Isn't there something that wears out on the hub? Like a phonic wheel that the sensor reads from? I'm sure this problem has been covered before. Old Grey Steve has a thread about it somewhere.

check the procedure to reset the system. It is easy to think you have done it right but you have not held the button long enough when it says reset. Wait for it to tick the box!!!!

If you've reset it properly the warning will vanish immediately. If its still there after resetting it, you've not reset it properly.
